Join our team as an Assistant Business Manager - Water & Colour and take on the following key responsibilities
Drive sales growth for water & color-measuring instruments, chemistries, accessories, services, and consumables within your assigned zone or territory.
Generate leads and convert them into orders, ensuring the achievement of annual business objectives set by the company.
Develop strategic sales plans and forecasts based on market analysis and research, prioritizing activities in alignment with the company's objectives.
Key Roles & Responsibilities for Assist. Business Manager - Water & Colour
Increase sales of water & Colour measuring instruments, Chemistries, accessories, services and consumables at respective zone or territory.
Generating Enquiry/leads & converting it to order.
Achieve Annual business objective set by company from time to time by ensuring all guidelines & policies.
Based on analysis and research of water & Colour measurement Instruments & chemistries markets for respective zone/territory, prioritise and develop sales plans and forecasts in line with Company strategy & Objective for their respective zone/territory.
Work closely in developing close relationships with appropriate Industries/Government bodies/Institutes and Bodies that influence sales in the Indian market for water products
Assist all activities for converting leads to sell i.e presentation/Demonstrations/technical discussion/Installation.
Respond to enquiries, and provide quotations in a timely and effective way with help of team/Distributor.
Contact potential customers/distributors and arrange sales meeting for product promotion
Listen and understand customer/distributor requirements, and sell suitable instruments/accessories/consumables/services to meet their needs
Follow up sales to ensure satisfaction, and to maintain good relationships with customers/distributors
Take responsibility for delivering appropriate training programmes for customers/ distributors in their respective zone/territory.
Update on competition activities
Update on own & customers/Distributors Products knowledge from time to time
Develop improved technical application support to customers/distributors
Develop distribution network for respective zone/territory as per company requirement & policy.
Contribute to development of strategy, marketing and product development activities in consultation with reporting Manger & Company Management for respective zone/territory.
Follow the complete sales cycles with standard process with proper communications with all internal & external persons involved in the process.
