Associate Sales Manager
Location: Hyderabad (Fieldwork as a Sales Representative)
Working Area: AP & Telangana
Experience: Must have at least 3-4 years of experience in industrial sales.
Languages Required: English, Telugu, Hindi (spoken)
Key Roles & Responsibilities for Associate Sales Manager (ASM) – Water & Colour
- Increase sales of water and colour measuring instruments, accessories, services, and consumables in the respective zones or territories.
- Generate inquiries/leads and convert them into orders.
- Achieve annual business objectives set by the company, ensuring adherence to all guidelines and policies.
- Based on the analysis and research of water and colour measurement instruments & chemistry markets in the respective zone/territory, prioritize and develop sales plans and forecasts in line with the company's strategy and objectives.
- Develop close relationships with relevant industries, government bodies, institutes, and organizations that influence sales in the Indian market for water products.
- Assist with all activities related to converting leads into sales, including presentations, demonstrations, technical discussions, and installations.
- Respond to inquiries and provide quotations in a timely and effective manner with the help of the team/distributor.
- Contact potential customers/distributors and arrange sales meetings for product promotion.
- Listen to and understand customer/distributor requirements, selling suitable instruments, accessories, consumables, and services to meet their needs.
- Follow up on sales to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain good relationships with customers/distributors.
- Take responsibility for delivering appropriate training programs for customers/distributors in their respective zones/territories.
